Currently in the testing phase, the AI assistant is open for public trials, inviting all Diia account holders to engage with the system by posing questions via the platform’s primary interface.

Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation in Ukraine, announced the launch of this feature via a Telegram post on September 1st. His message emphasized the intent to further develop digital governance and enhance citizen engagement with online governmental resources.
The Diia AI is designed primarily to direct users toward appropriate services and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific needs.
For example, individuals can quickly retrieve their insurance history or secure official documents like income certificates by simply sending a request to the AI. The process involves logging into Diia, utilizing the search function on the homepage, and entering a question. The assistant then delivers either step-by-step instructions or direct links to the relevant services, improving user experience and decreasing search time.
Minister Fedorov also stated that the assistant’s features are slated for future expansion, including the addition of voice-activated interaction. This advancement will allow users to communicate with the system through spoken commands, providing an alternative to text-based input.
