Given Silksong’s extensive world, finding Jubilana can be a real challenge. Spending hours searching for her whereabouts isn’t ideal, especially since her shop remains closed until her safe return to Songclave.

How to Start the Lost Merchant Quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong
To begin the Lost Merchant side quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong, you’ll first need to complete the Balm for the Wounded quest. Once that’s done, the Lost Merchant quest will be available on the Wish Board in Songclave.
Upon closer inspection of Songclave, you’ll notice that Jubilana is nowhere to be found. This marks her second disappearance, the first being during the Wandering Merchant quest. It’s now your task to locate her once again.
Fortunately, Jubilana isn’t too far from Songclave, making your search relatively quick. She can be found in a location known as Memorium.
How to Find Jubilana for the Lost Merchant Quest
To find Jubilana for the Lost Merchant quest, journey to Memorium, which is a section within the Citadel. From Songclave, head westward until you reach the spot pictured below.
Here, you’ll find a grassy area with an opening in the roof. Use your double jump to ascend through the opening and enter Memorium. If you don’t have the double jump, known as the Faydown Cloak, our guide can help you acquire it.
Inside Memorium, proceed through the rooms moving eastward. As you explore, watch for Jubilana’s belongings scattered on the ground. Interacting with these items will create a scent trail to guide you to her location.
As you continue eastward, you’ll eventually arrive at the room with the Citadel map contraption. You can spend 70 Rosaries to obtain the map, but to find Jubilana, jump up into the opening in the ceiling to discover a hidden area.
Continue east until you reach the outside area and then drop down to the platform below. The image below highlights the location of Jubilana within Memorium.
As you approach Jubilana, expect a wave of bird-like enemies to attack. After defeating them, speak with Jubilana and exhaust all dialogue options to successfully complete the Lost Merchant quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
The Lost Merchant Quest Rewards
The reward for completing the Lost Merchant quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong is an increased stock of goods at Jubilana’s store in Songclave.
The following items are then added to Jubilana’s inventory after completing the Lost Merchant quest:
- Spider Strings (Support Tool): These strings respond to music and enhance a performance by strengthening the Needolin’s effects. (Cost: 350 Rosaries).
- Craftmetal: A valuable resource to be exchanged for items with various merchants. (Cost: 180 Rosaries).
- Spool Fragment: Expands your Silk Meter, enabling more powerful actions. (Cost: 500 Rosaries).
- Choral Commandment: A relic from Pharlom’s past, coveted by collectors of historical artifacts. (Cost: 210 Rosaries).
Prioritize purchasing a Spool Fragment with your earned Rosaries, though keep in mind that two Spool Fragments are needed to fully upgrade the Silk Meter.
