Webull Corporation (NASDAQ:BULL), a popular online investing platform, announced today that cryptocurrency trading is once again available for its users residing in the United States.
Previously, engaging in crypto transactions necessitated creating and using a separate Webull Pay account accessed through the dedicated Webull Pay application. Now, with this new enhancement, users can conveniently manage their Webull Pay accounts directly from within the main Webull app. This consolidation simplifies the process of both account setup and cryptocurrency trading, providing a unified experience.
The revitalized crypto trading feature provides continuous, around-the-clock access to over 50 different digital currencies, featuring prominent options such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL).
“Our guiding principle has consistently been to furnish an efficient and intuitive investing platform for our users,” stated Anthony Denier, U.S. CEO and Group President of Webull. “By bringing crypto trading back into the core Webull app, we’re simplifying how clients access and oversee their entire investment portfolio, regardless of whether they’re dealing with stocks, options, or digital assets. This update eliminates unnecessary steps and offers a streamlined, centralized hub for exploring all available investment possibilities.”
“Digital currencies have solidified their position as a vital component of contemporary, well-rounded investment approaches,” commented Stephen Yip, CEO of Webull Pay. “We are thrilled to reintroduce crypto trading capabilities through Webull, offering a more cohesive and practical experience that aligns with the preferences of today’s sophisticated investors when it comes to managing their portfolios.”
Currently, cryptocurrency trading on Webull is restricted to users located in the U.S. and Brazil. Further expansion to other markets is anticipated in the coming months.
