If you’re a fan of games like Vampire Survivors, Megabonk offers a similar, yet distinct, experience that hits all the right notes.
While it might be tempting to describe it as a 3D reimagining of that popular indie title from 2022, that pretty much captures its essence. Both are roguelike-inspired, shoot ’em up games where you enhance your character with randomly acquired abilities and perks during each playthrough. Visually, both embrace a retro aesthetic. And most importantly, both are incredibly fun to play! The main distinction lies in Megabonk’s shift to a fully realized 3D world.
Be prepared for a lot of wordplay, too!
One of Megabonk’s initial strengths is its diverse cast of 20 characters, with a whopping 18 of them waiting to be unlocked.
Wondering how to add these characters to your roster? Look no further – the answers are right here.
Character Unlocks in Megabonk: A Comprehensive Guide
