Good news for gamers! The Black Ops 7 beta period, originally scheduled to end at 10:00 AM PDT on Wednesday, has been prolonged. Players now have an extra day to dive into the action and experience the upcoming Call of Duty title until Thursday.
To celebrate the extension, and to give you even more reason to play, Treyarch is activating double XP permanently for the remainder of the beta! This includes double Weapon XP, providing a fantastic opportunity for everyone to reach the level 30 cap and unlock all available content. For those who have already mastered the existing map selection, a brand-new battleground is being introduced for the final 48 hours. Prepare to fight in Toshin, a vibrant Japanese downtown shopping district featuring a damaged monorail system and brightly lit advertisements.
This update follows the recent addition of Blackheart on Sunday, a compact map located on a maritime drilling platform. The map’s central point of contention is an indoor section with a rotating platform. Furthermore, Open Search & Destroy and Hardcore Moshpit playlists have been implemented, joining Open Moshpit, which was introduced the previous day.
Looking forward to Black Ops 6 after the beta? Season 6 is scheduled to launch soon after the beta concludes, promising “Halloween festivities just around the corner.” Detailed information about the beta updates can be found on the official Call of Duty website.
