A primary objective of this collaboration is to enhance access to USDC and EURC, Circle’s euro-pegged stablecoin, for financial entities. This access will be facilitated via Circle Mint, a service that allows authorized partners to issue and redeem these tokens directly on the blockchain.
ClearBank also intends to integrate with the Circle Payments Network (CPN), which connects financial institutions and enables payments using stablecoins. By linking its banking infrastructure to CPN and Circle Mint, ClearBank aims to streamline international transactions.
