The balance on the platform has climbed to roughly 2.68 billion $XRP, resulting in a greater number of tokens accessible for spot trading. However, Arab Chain has advised caution, indicating that this increase should not be interpreted as a direct signal to sell.

“From the perspective of market dynamics, a growth in reserves does not automatically imply that $XRP holders are getting ready for a sell-off; instead, it points to an enhancement in the amount of coins available within the trading ecosystem, thereby offering traders improved liquidity,” stated the data provider.

They advised investors to consider this trend alongside net flows, trading volumes, and price movements, particularly if reserves continue to rise.

In the meantime, on-chain analyst Theophiluspep delivered a more comprehensive overview of the situation. He referenced CryptoQuant data indicating that Binance’s average daily deposits of $XRP are currently 663% higher than the quarterly average, with withdrawals on the rise as well, leading reserves to be only about 0.22% above the baseline.

This pattern suggests significant two-way activity, rather than a mere accumulation of tokens on the exchange. Theophiluspep also noted that Binance’s net flows have shifted to slight negatives in recent sessions, indicating that withdrawals have started to surpass deposits.

$XRP Surpasses $1.50

Currently, $XRP is trading at approximately $1.53 according to CoinGecko, marking an increase of over 4% within 24 hours and about 9.5% over the past week. However, it remains 45% lower than its value a year ago and nearly 58% beneath its all-time peak of $3.65, achieved in July 2025, despite a trading volume surge of 63% from the previous day to around $6.33 billion.

Additionally, its Relative Strength Index has climbed above 70, a threshold often associated with overbought conditions. While this does not guarantee a price pullback, it serves as a warning as the value continues to rise.
