Mary-Catherine Lader has announced her departure from Uniswap

According to a Bloomberg report released on July 15, she will provide advisory services for a transitional period before pursuing new opportunities.
Lader joined Uniswap in 2021, bringing experience from BlackRock, where she served as a managing director. Notably, she led Aladdin Sustainability, a division concentrated on environmental data initiatives.

While at Uniswap, Lader focused on establishing frameworks for various departments, including finance, legal, human resources, marketing, policy development, and customer support. Her contributions were instrumental in transitioning Uniswap from a developer-centric project to a more structured corporate entity.
Lader acknowledged her departure in a July 16 message posted on X, stating, “After four incredible years as President & COO of Uniswap, I’m starting something new. I’m excited to scale from here. Stay tuned”.
Uniswap, which was created by Hayden Adams in 2018, is built on the Ethereum
While the company has not yet revealed Lader’s successor, they have indicated their intent to continue building upon the foundations established under her leadership.
