We are excited to announce the Polkadot x ERA Global Program, a comprehensive 12-week initiative
strategically designed to empower Polkadot-based startups to expand their operations and penetrate the
American market. Collaborating with ERA (Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator), this program furnishes carefully
selected Web3 founders with personalized guidance, tactical support for entering the marketplace, and valuable
opportunities for professional networking.
The launch of our pilot cohort represents a significant leap forward in Polkadot’s entrepreneurial journey.
Previously, we have partnered with accelerators concentrating on Web3 technological specialization. Now, through
ERA Global, we are forging alliances with key strategists to ensure the successful introduction of businesses in
the U.S. Should teams require additional expertise in technical areas or Web3 principles, the Web3 Foundation and
related ecosystem partners are available to assist. The program’s core objective is delivering vital operational
assistance, mentoring, connection opportunities, and leadership education that are indispensable for triumphant
international advancement.
Working in tandem with ERA Global, we have diligently chosen a specific range of companies for this program’s
inaugural session. Subject to the success of this initial program, we will explore the possibility of growing the
collaboration into a larger initiative, accessible through an open application process.

ERA’s New York City facilities. ERA Global participants benefit greatly from the Entrepreneurs Roundtable
Accelerator’s extensive knowledge base, enriched by a diverse network of over 500 mentors and corporate
affiliates, all committed to enabling visionary founders to positively reshape their business’s development
trajectory.
What to Expect
The program is scheduled to run from February 17 until mid-May 2025 in New York City, during which
participants will engage in:
High-impact mentorship
from experts in specific market verticals, experienced investors, and established founders, all offering
valuable go-to-market strategies.
A structured curriculum
covering aspects such as fundraising methodologies, U.S. market entry approaches, and effective customer
acquisition strategies.
Weekly KPI check-ins and pitch refinement sessions
A capstone Final Showcase
presenting opportunities to network with potential investors and prominent figures in the industry.
Every participant will be provided with a stipend intended to alleviate travel and accommodation expenses, thereby
ensuring they can take full advantage of their immersion in New York City.
