“We went the extra mile to achieve what seemed impossible, resulting in the game’s earlier launch. I’m eager to see how players react to The Beast,” shared Tymon Smektała, the Dying Light franchise director.

Previously scheduled for release on August 22nd, The Beast was pushed back to September. This installment is a brand-new, standalone adventure featuring the return of Kyle Crane, the main character from the original Dying Light. After enduring a decade of captivity and horrific genetic experiments at the hands of the nefarious Baron, Crane seeks vengeance and finally escapes.
