As in prior years, several of the calendars are centered around well-known entertainment and gaming properties. The 2025 release features returning favorites such as Star Wars and Disney, along with the return of Harry Potter. Notably, this year also marks the debut of the Lego Minecraft Advent Calendar, poised to be a popular choice, possibly spurred by the upcoming Minecraft film.

Each Lego Advent Calendar contains 24 miniature Lego creations, providing a fun build for each day of December leading up to Christmas. Currently, Walmart is offering special deals on all six Lego Advent Calendars. As part of their Bricktember promotional event, the four licensed calendars are discounted to $38, and the Lego City and Friends editions are reduced to just $25. These discounts are slated to last throughout September; however, given the popularity of Lego Advent Calendars, particularly when discounted, they are likely to sell out quickly.
