This background functionality will have the ability to integrate with more of your computer’s applications, although specifics are currently limited.

Comet is primarily recognized for its integrated side assistant that operates in tandem with browsing. It offers functions such as explaining page content, condensing lengthy articles, handling web-based tasks, and automatically navigating web pages for the user.

The browser also boasts several pre-installed features. “Discover” provides personalized news and content, “Spaces” allows for project organization, “Shopping” facilitates price comparisons across various online retailers, “Travel” aggregates travel information and booking options, “Finance” aids in budgeting and investment management, and “Sports” tracks scores and game schedules.

Max plan subscribers receive the background assistant and access to improved AI models. The subscription includes an email tool that drafts responses, organizes inboxes, schedules appointments, and answers questions regarding email content.
