Attention to all safety-conscious individuals: proceed with caution! Aggro Crab, the creative minds behind the cooperative climbing game Peak, have unveiled their latest project: Crashout Crew. This cooperative experience focuses on the absurd world of forklift mayhem and is slated for release in 2026. A playable demo will be available this month on Steam.

Safety gurus, we warned you! It’s too late; you’re already drafting memos demanding that all motorized equipment adhere to strict operational guidelines, forbidding high-speed drifting and reckless collisions.

Ignore the safety complaints for now. Crashout Crew promises lighthearted, collaborative fun. Up to four players can team up, piloting forklifts with boost and drift capabilities. The core objective involves gathering scattered goods within a warehouse environment and correctly routing them onto conveyor belts by activating a large, prominent red button. Failure to meet these targets results in missed quotas, and probable reprimands. As you progress, you can introduce hilarious chaos by intentionally violating safety protocols, for better or worse.

“Following the unfortunate cancellation of Going Under 2, the studio turned to a more whimsical side of multiplayer game development,” the team at Aggro Crab explained. “Some of the Aggro Crab team were working with Landfall on PEAK, while the remainder of the studio has focused on delivering the goods with Crashout Crew!”

While the full launch is planned for 2026, a sneak peek of Crashout Crew will be available on October 13th as part of the upcoming Steam Next Fest. Players will have the opportunity to experience the first three levels, determining if the game’s unique brand of chaos meets their expectations.

Aggro Crab has confirmed that Peak, their co-op climbing game developed with Landfall Games, will continue to receive updates. The studio’s intention is to cultivate a portfolio of humorous games with the hope of fostering shared laughter and camaraderie among players worldwide.

It’s an admirable goal, and a strategy that has proven successful with Peak. It will be interesting to see if this dual-development approach will elevate Aggro Crab’s forklift game to even greater success.
