The Steelbook sold out rapidly during the initial preorder phase in April. Brief restocks occurred during the launch week and again in mid-July, but it has been out of stock for about a month. Amazon has strongly suggested that the Steelbook Edition is a true limited release, so availability may be permanently discontinued.
