The United Nations is preparing a program to educate government officials on the benefits and applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology, with the goal of fostering innovation within public sector operations.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) publicly

Monday its collaboration with the Exponential Science Foundation. This non-profit organization is dedicated to pushing forward the use of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and blockchain. The collaboration will establish the “Government Blockchain Academy.”
Scheduled to begin operations next year, the academy’s curriculum will concentrate on instructing governments on how to utilize AI and blockchain to effectively tackle various development-related challenges. The UNDP, which strives to eliminate poverty and inequality across 170 nations through sustainable development initiatives, confirmed this initiative.

While the academy’s precise launch date hasn’t been set, the UNDP plans to make a formal announcement during the TOKEN2049 blockchain and cryptocurrency conference happening October 1-2 in Singapore.
