Google has introduced subscription options under the Gemini name, enabling businesses to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into their daily operational processes.

These new subscription models empower employees to design and utilize virtual assistants capable of interacting seamlessly with platforms like Microsoft, Salesforce, and Box.

The Gemini Enterprise package, tailored for larger organizations, is available at a cost of $30 per user each month. For smaller businesses, Gemini Business offers a more accessible option at $21 per user monthly.

Both plans enable users to create custom AI assistants to streamline workflows using company information already accessible via established corporate applications.

In addition to the capacity for custom AI development, users gain access to a suite of pre-configured assistant tools.

These resources include Google-developed tools designed for standard functions like customer support, software development, and data management. Furthermore, certain third-party assistant applications, including those from Workday, are included within the Gemini offerings.

The Gemini subscriptions also provide a security component known as Model Armor. This feature inspects and filters all incoming and outgoing communication within AI conversations.

The Gemini service is built upon a prior Google initiative called Agentspace, primarily focused on assisting users in building customized AI agents. Existing Agentspace clients will be automatically transitioned to one of the new Gemini plans at no extra cost for the remainder of their current contract term.
