Panini Blockchain is celebrating another outstanding month, as September saw a platform record with over $15 million in total spending, marking its second consecutive month of record-breaking performance.

Data from Panini shows that collectors invested a staggering $15,634,447 across approximately 341,000 individual purchases. According to internal data, September’s figures more than doubled the previous high of over $7 million recorded in August.

A key highlight was the record-setting $175,000 acquisition of the Caitlin Clark Green Kaboom 1/1 NFT. Throughout September, over 50 transactions surpassed the $10,000 mark, with a noteworthy 12 transactions exceeding $25,000.

Part of September’s surge can be attributed to the release of the 2024 Panini NFT WNBA Rookie Royalty collection. The initial offering of 684 packs, priced at $250 each, has seen remarkable appreciation on the secondary market. These packs are now averaging $3,156 per sale, with the highest sale reaching $4,339. As of Wednesday afternoon, only 227 of these original packs remain sealed.

This record-breaking September is part of a banner year for the platform, with total spending exceeding $48 million across over 1.4 million transactions in 2025 so far. This greatly surpasses the previous platform record of nearly $32 million established back in 2022.

The impressive performance in 2025 also represents a substantial increase from the $13.5 million recorded in 2024, which was the lowest annual total for Panini Blockchain since its launch in 2020.
