Reliance Industries, under the leadership of Mukesh Ambani, has partnered with Google to provide its artificial intelligence (AI) Pro service at no additional cost to millions of Jio subscribers.
This collaboration integrates Google’s AI capabilities with Jio’s 5G packages, granting users access to enhanced AI tools without any extra fees.
Eligible users will receive 18 months of complimentary AI Pro access. This initial offer targets individuals aged 18 to 25, with plans for wider availability to all Jio customers throughout India soon.

This package comes with multiple tools, including the Gemini 2.5 Pro model via the Gemini app, enhanced features for generating images and videos through Nano Banana and Veo 3.1, extensive utilization of Notebook LM for research and educational purposes, and a generous 2 TB of cloud storage covering Google Photos, Gmail, Drive, and WhatsApp backups.
The combined value of this offering is estimated at ₹35,100 (approximately $396). Generally, AI Pro costs ₹1,950 (around $22) monthly and includes a one-month complimentary trial.
In addition to consumer access, Reliance is collaborating with Google Cloud to enhance the availability of tensor processing units (TPUs) across India.
Through its AI division, Reliance Intelligence, the company aims to support this initiative by promoting Gemini Enterprise among Indian businesses and developing tailored AI solutions for the platform.
