SEOUL, South Korea – September 18 (Yonhap) – Next week, Seoul will host a prominent blockchain gathering, attracting a diverse group of attendees including U.S. government representatives, global investment figures, and leaders from groundbreaking AI and robotics startups, according to the event’s organizing body.
Korea Blockchain Week, an event that began in 2018, is scheduled to take place over two days beginning next Tuesday in the eastern part of Seoul. Factblock, the organizing company, anticipates over 300 individuals will participate in approximately 130 different sessions.
A notable speaker at the event is Donald Trump Jr., son of the former U.S. President. He is scheduled to participate remotely, discussing American Bitcoin Corp., the cryptocurrency mining business he co-founded in March with his brother.
Also slated to speak is Patrick Witt, the recently appointed crypto advisor to the White House, who will provide insights into the U.S. government’s perspective on the realm of digital assets.
“This upcoming conference is designed to act as a critical link connecting Washington’s policy expertise with Seoul’s cutting-edge technology sector. It will provide a platform for exploring fresh opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem,” the organizing team stated.
