Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for spot Bitcoin listed in the US have experienced their most significant three-week influx of capital in 2026, with Bitcoin hovering around the $80,000 mark.
For the week ending Friday, these funds gathered $986.9 million, contributing to a cumulative net inflow of $3.8 billion across three weeks, based on data from SoSoValue.
As of Friday, the total net assets within these funds reached $101.3 billion, having briefly climbed to $103.3 billion just the day before. The total net inflows so far have amounted to $55.6 billion.
This surge in ETF interest marks a significant shift from the substantial outflows witnessed earlier in 2026, although net flows for the year to date remain approximately $1 billion in the negative.
Bitcoin ETF inflows retreat following Thursday’s peak
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), the leading spot Bitcoin ETF by asset volume, attracted $117.4 million on Friday, representing roughly 67% of that day’s total net inflows, according to Farside Investors.

Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) was the only other fund that saw net inflows, garnering $57.2 million, while all other US spot Bitcoin ETFs reported no activity for the day.
The decline in inflows coincided with Bitcoin’s drop from approximately $81,200 to just below $79,000 on Friday. As reported, Bitcoin was trading at $79,716, maintaining a rise of about 2.6% over the past week, according to CoinGecko.
Bitcoin ETF interest grows as Ether and XRP inflows diminish
This week, Bitcoin ETF inflows increased by about 7% compared to the previous week, while inflows into US spot Ether and XRP ETFs saw declines of around 74% and 83%, respectively.
Spot Ether ETF inflows fell to $218.4 million from $824.4 million, with XRP ETF inflows decreasing to $19 million from $110.5 million, as per SoSoValue data.
Despite the reduced inflows, Ether and XRP ETFs continue to show positive net inflows for the year. US spot Ether ETFs have accumulated around $863 million in net inflows year-to-date, while XRP ETFs have attracted about $515 million.
